ASI IN CISF FINAL RESULT NOTICE CUTOFF MARKS

STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION Declaration of Final Result for the Post of Assistant Sub-Inspectors in Central Industrial Security Force Examination, 2010
The Staff Selection Commission conducted Assistant Sub-Inspectors in Central Industrial Security Force Examination, 2010 on 29.08.2010. On the basis of candidates' performance in Paper-I, 18309 candidates were declared eligible for appearing in the Physical Endurance Test (PET)/Medical Examination. Total 3770 candidates qualified the PET and subjected to Medical Test. 2489 candidates were found fit in Medical and 561 candidates in Review Medical Examination. 3050 (2489+561) candidates have appeared in the Interview. Out of the 3050 candidates called for Interview, Candidates absent in Interview 187 Candidates Rejected on various reasons 128 Prov. (found using unfair means) 3 Total 318 Total available candidates for consideration for final selection is 3050-318 = 2732 (M-2458, F-274).
2. Taking into account the cases of category change noticed at the time of interview/ Document verification and intimated by the regional offices in the verified category data resulted in rejection of 5 Male candidates. Category wise details of 2453 Male + 274 female candidates who were considered for allocation are as given below : Male SC ST OBC UR ExS Total 232 407 1133 681 144 2453 Female SC ST OBC UR Exs Total 46 39 105 84 2 274 One candidate was found underage and 3 were found overage during the result processing, and hence rejected.
3. Finally, based on their merit, category wise details of candidates in the select list are as detailed below : Male Category SC ST OBC UR ExS Total Vacancies 270 135 486 909 180 1800 Candidate recommended 199 135 486 909* 145 1729 * Includes SC = 33, ST =66 OBC =179 qualifying at UR standards.
