Rejection letters have also been issued to those candidates who do not meet EQ mentioned below or age limit or other eligibility criterion as per notice.
Essential Educational Qualification (EQ) as per notice for the post
(i) Diploma in Commercial Art from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent and (ii) Two years experience in layout illustration, Lettering etc. as on or before 22-09-2009
Candidates are advised to bring original documents in support of proof of their Birth certificate (High School certificate), Educational qualification possessed on or before 22.09.2009 as per notice, OBC certificate in prescribed format as per notice issued by Competent authority on or before 22.09.2009 in case of candidates belonging to OBC, Discharge certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen, other documents in support of caste, category, age relaxation, No objection certificate from Employer if working, additional qualifications and extracurricular activities, six recent passport size photographs and Bio-data form (sent alongwith call letter) filled up correctly with photograph pasted on it & their six photocopies. Please bring the conversion formula for conversion from CGPA to percentage of marks secured in Diploma/Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree from the Institution/University in case of CGPA system adopted by the Institution/ University.

Candidates may please note that they will not be allowed to appear in the interview if it is found that they are not fulfilling educational qualification, age limit or any other eligibility criterion as per notice of the examination. No change in date of interview and venue shall be allowed.

Candidates should be well versed with subjects studied in their Diploma/Graduation/Post graduation etc. and are expected to appear in interview with full preparation.
