MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Combined Graduate Level (Tier-II) Exam-2010 - Exercise of option for group of posts -
reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the captioned subject and to forward herewith blank option
forms in Proforma-I & II with the request that duly filled Proforma-I & II along with copies of following
documents may be sent to the undersigned at the earliest in an envelope which should be superscribed with
Roll No., Combined Graduate Level (Tier-II) Examination, 2010 and Exercise of Option.
1) High School/Matriculation Certificate indicating Date of Birth.
2) Graduate Degree/Mark Sheet of all the years clearly indicating date of declaration of result.
3) SC/ST/OBC/PH/ExS Certificate in prescribed format as published along with Notice of Exam.
Candidates claiming OBC status may note that certificate on creamy layer status should have
been obtained within three years before the closing date of receipt of application form which was
02.03.2010.
4) NOC and Certificate of regular service in prescribed format as published along with Notice of
Exam as on or before 02.03.2010 for not less than three years in the immediate period preceding
the closing date for receipt of application for claiming relaxation in age.
5) Copy of downloaded application form, in case applied online.
It may be noted that while seeking option in the Application Form, some posts were grouped together
and, therefore, it is necessary to have detailed options within the group in Proforma-I.
For Posts situated in various places (States/UTs), the candidate is directed to furnish option for
different States/UTs as per Proforma-II for consideration of allotment to various posts under
CBDT/CBEC/C&AG offices etc.
The candidate may please note that they will not be allowed to change the option initially exercised
by them and detailed option within each group will be subject to the candidates already having exercised
option for the group concerned.
NOTE: - CANDIDATES SEEKING RESERVATION BENEFITS FOR SC/ST/OBC/PH/EXS
MUST ENSURE THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO SUCH RESERVATION AS PER
ELIGIBILITY PRESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE. THEY SHOULD ALSO BE IN
POSSESSION OF THE CERTIFICATES IN THE PRESCRIBED FORMAT IN
SUPPORT OF THEIR CLAIM AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION.

candidates selected for a Group on the basis of their merit-cum-option. If they have not initially
